1. How do you create your reproduction?
Our art reproduction process is very much like traditional oil on canvas painting. Our artist start with a blank canvas, then it is primed before the painting process begin. Each painting is carefully reproduce to attain the closest possible match to the original. Rest assure our artists are professionally trained and highly skilled in the art of reproductions.

2. What materials do you use for the reproduction process?
Each painting is created on 100% cotton artist canvas with high quality oil. We also provide enough extra white canvas around the actual image suitable for stretching and framing.

3. Can I see and feel the brushstrokes?
Yes of course. All of our paintings are real 100% hand-painted oil on canvas. You can feel, touch and smell the actual oil of the painting when it arrived.

4. Is the painting a canvas transfer or a giclee?
Absolutely NOT. Our paintings are actual oil on canvas. It is NOT a canvas transfer and NOT a giclee.

5. How long does it takes to reproduce my painting?
Your painting will be process immediately after you placed an order. It normally takes 2-3 weeks to complete the painting. This includes the drying time of the oil.

6. Can I order in a specific size?
Yes, we can reproduce the painting to any specific size. Please send us an email with the painting and the desired size and we will provide an accurate quote before you place an order.

7. Do you paint custom portraits or works from photos?
Yes we do. Our artist can re-create and reproduce any painting of your choice. We have artists that are professional portrait painter and can reproduce from any photo. The prices for custom reproduction will be priced and quote according to size and complexity of the subject.

8. How will my painting be delivered?
Upon completion of the reproduction, we will inspect, unstretch, roll and insert the painting into sturdy cardboard tube suitable for safe delivery.

9. How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer Free Shipping Worldwide via UPS and FedEx. All orders must have physical address for delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO addresses.

10. How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase on our website is easy as 1-2-3. Browse our Artists Gallery to find your favorite artist. Select the artist to view all available paintings in that artist's gallery. Select a painting to view more details as well as available sizes and pricing. Select the size you desire and click on the Add To Cart button. Your selection will be placed in your shopping cart and ready for you to checkout. Once you place an order, we will be notified of the order. The reproduction of your painting will begin as soon as possible.

We do not sell frames with the paintings. The frames are for viewing purposes only. It is much more flexible and cheaper for you to select and frame your painting at your local frame shop.

We don't have catalogs of our products. Creating catalogs that goes out-of-date quickly is costly. Our website is our catalog. We update our website and products often, therefore you'll always have immediate access to the most up-to-date information.
